A Sunny Riverside Bar Is Opening Opposite The O2 Arena This April

01 April 2021

Secret London: Trinity Riverside Bar is perched on a sweeping bend in the Thames.

We’re still a few days away from the grand reopening of London’s pubs, restaurants, and bars on April 12, and whilst we’re looking forward to the return of some old favourites, some of last year’s debutants are also coming back. Joining Alexandra Palace’s panoramic beer garden in the category of “lovable scenic bars” is Trinity Riverside Bar, a sizzling riverside hangout with stunning views across the Thames and the O2 Arena. It’s back from April 16, and here’s what you can expect!

You’ll find Trinity Riverside Bar opposite the O2 Arena, on Trinity Buoy Wharf – otherwise known as the most interesting place in London you’ve never visited (it’s also home to London’s only lighthouse, which you can explore for free on weekends). It comes to us from the team behind Roof East, which routinely delights Stratford each year with their rooftop antics, and features an indoor lounge inside the Grade-II listed Chainstore Building, along with a sunny seating terrace that commands views of the river. By a quirk of location, Trinity Riverside Bar is also one of the few bars it’s actually convenient to take the Emirates Air Line to get to.
