Urban Space Management are looking for someone to assist with all aspects of the day to day Estates Management of Trinity Buoy Wharf and other USM projects. This role would suit someone with proven experience in Estates management who is looking to take the next step in their development. Above all we are looking for a confident, self-motivated, clear thinker with a positive attitude and a desire see things through.
Role Overview
- Join our Estates Management team, reporting to Project Manager
- Help manage day-to-day operations at Trinity Buoy Wharf
- Opportunities to work on other USM projects
- Ideal for individuals with experience in estates management and urban regeneration
- Main tasks: assist with site-related matters, liaise with tenants, leasing, and subcontractors
- Collaborate with the USM team including Events, Marketing, Accounts, and MD Eric Reynolds
- Office-based role with occasional on-site tasks
- Based at Trinity Buoy Wharf; occasional visits to Roof East and other USM projects
Requirements
- Understanding of commercial workspace management
- Asset management experience preferred but not mandatory
- On-site role, based at Trinity Buoy Wharf; not suitable for remote working
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 based on experience
- 20 days holiday + bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in marketing vacant spaces
- Help negotiate and finalize leases
- Manage tenant communications and relationships
- Support tenant-related accounting and monthly reporting
- Handle Business Rates matters at TBW
- Foster relationships with neighbours
- Monitor local planning portal and assist with planning issues
- Provide site cover and Head office team for TBW and USM as needed
- Handle office duties and daily management office operations
Personal Qualities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Flexible and hands-on approach
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organized, methodical, and self-motivated
- Willingness to get involved and see things through
- Computer literate; familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Estate management experience and basic DIY skills are a plus
