The Chainstore The Chainstore is a beautifully restored Grade II listed building, featuring London's only Lighthouse. An amazingly versatile venue with the ability to accommodate events from awards ceremonies, product launches and photo shoots through to 5–course Gala Dinners and themed extravaganzas.

Trinity Jubilee Pier Built by Urban Space Management to celebrate the Queen's Silver Jubilee, the pier is made almost entirely from recycled materials. The pontoon is a Thames lighter previously called 'Lasher', the brow (bridge) is in its third incarnation, having first been fabricated for use in the North Sea oil rigs and then incorporated in a temporary pier for riverbus activity at Trinity Buoy Wharf.
